ICC business

ICC builds “big data” platform and forms "one center, four platforms" through integration of the traffic, equipment, passenger, emergency, clearing and road network basic data and other information of whole road network and advanced information technologies, such as application data warehouse, large-scale parallel processing and virtualization to achieve the long-term storage, flexible query, deep excavation of rail transit data information resources and passenger flow forecast, simulation, driving connection assessment and other business functions.

ICC covers the application technical services and management of the "one center, four platforms" consisting of data center, statistical analysis, operational evaluation, passenger query and emergency decision system platform. Through the inspection, preventive maintenance and application development, the system optimization, defect detection and correction are achieved to improve fault detection and repair rate and ensure high availability of business systems.

ICC has a strong practical value, which achieves the integration and sharing of resources, and provides the analysis and mining of the traffic, passenger flow, ticketing and equipment to comprehensively enhance the management and decision-making capacity. It forms the 10 major themes of rail transit industry to satisfy data model required for rail transit operation and management, promote and strengthen the business standardization to ensure the high availability of ICC and enhance the service capacities of whole network on the forecast, simulation, evaluation and passenger information services.

It makes innovative design of dual protection mechanism of "data-level dual path" and "application-level dual path"  and applies it in loading, synchronization, access and other links in the "big data" platform to ensure data security and services efficiency and protect the high concurrence, high reliability and high availability of "big data platform".

It establishes five passenger flow forecasting methods, which are real time, short term, large passenger events, emergencies and passenger flow forecast before the opening of the new line. It provides data support for the full-cycle operational safety and risk assessment of rail transit, while improving the ability to deal with emergencies, improve the operational capacity of rail transit and provide high-quality service for guiding passenger’s efficient travelling.
