From the perspective of improving the operation and maintenance level of AFC system of Beijing rail transit, effectively reducing the comprehensive cost of operation and maintenance, and giving full play to the synergies and cooperation of the business, BII Technology Holdings, through its holding subsidiary, China Urban Rail Transit Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Urban Rail Investment ") set up the Beijing Metro Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Metro Technology") with Operation Company.

Metro Technology was established on February 18, 2016, with registered capital of 30 million yuan, of which, the operation company contributed 15.3 million yuan with 51% stock and the Urban Rail company contributed 14.7 million yuan with 49% stock. The main business scope of Metro Technology includes design, installation, repair, research of AFC system and development of transportation system software and transportation network technology, technical consultation and technical service.

Through the in-depth cooperation with the operating company, BII Technology Holdings effectively responds to AFC system design, construction, operation, maintenance and management problems and challenges and constantly improves the comprehensive ability of AFC system design, construction, operation and maintenance to create condition for the expansion of AFC system business.
