BIITT Held 2017 Middle-level Management Training

To strengthen management awareness of middle management personnel, improve team management ability, and enhance core competitiveness, the Company held 2017 mid-level management training from August 29 to 30, 2017. Total 26 middle-level management cadres participated in the training. Members of the leadership team members also attended it. 

Total 5 teachers invited in this middle management training included: Zhang Run lawyer in DACHENG Law Firm, Li Xiaoying senior audit manager in KPMG, Dr. Liu Yu research in Institute of Automation with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liu Zhanquan training expert of Leadership Training Center of Tsinghua University. The training content is divided into three modules: professional knowledge, management art, business planning and corporate culture.

This training adopted the grouping model instead of the traditional teaching model, with the addition of interaction between students. In the group activities, the management philosophy is included, and the teaching is combined with entertaining. While strengthening the team cohesion, teachers let trainees have an in-depth understanding on the concept of group discussion, there were two key topics, thus providing students exchange opportunities & facilitating the integration of ideas to reach a consensus.

Finally, CEO Xuan Jing gave a message and put forward requirements for middle-level cadres: First, they should be a driving force and a core force, and should contribute to the overall development and proficiently deal with affairs in grass-root units. Second, they should be efficient in implementation and bring the advanced ideas into work with the consideration on current challenges and opportunities of the Company. Third, they should pay attention to accumulation, constantly improve and sort out the daily work norms, start from now and start from small things with relevant work being regulated, standardized and normalized.

This training made the trainees to have an in-depth understanding on management ideas integration, management quality requirements and so forth, and further enhance their sense of belonging and responsibility. People at BIITT stride forwards under the corporate blueprint mapped by the corporate leadership, while the corporate development is rapid.
