Operation and maintenance service of Beijing ICC system

The Rail transit network information control center system (ICC), independently developed by BII-ERG under BII Technology Holdings, has been successfully applied to information development in rail transit in Beijing. The system relies on the rail transit TCC/ACC service platforms and other business systems and combined with network operation management and decision analysis it collects, stores, analyzes and mines the basic information of the whole network of rail transit, traffic, power supply, video image, main mechanical and electrical equipment, dispatch and command, emergencies, passenger flow, clearing, ticket, operation and maintenance data. This project is the first case in the domestic urban rail transit industry with strong practical value and it achieves the integration and sharing of resources while comprehensively enhances the management and decision-making capacity. Ten themes covering the rail transportation industry were formed to meet the data model required by current Beijing rail transit operations management to promote and strengthen the business standardization, ensure the high availability of the information center, enhance the service capability in forecasts, simulation, assessment, passenger information service for the whole network.
